It could be what is called " Accumulative earth leakage". Its the sum of each individual earth leakage from each individual caravan which is insufficient to trip the local 30Ma RCD units but when added together trip the 300mA Main RCD Unit. You need an earth leakage ammeter top measure this...- JonesK
