DNO tested there end and said its fine...all sorted now...if it comes disconnected in the future it is what it is...they can sort that if and when it happens

We were only there to check a possible dodgy socket which then led from one thing to another...why would you leave a job that is potentially dangerous just because you think you will get implicated in someway...calls were made everyone on site at the same time...issues rectified installation now...

Not sure apparently he suffered a break down client produced paper work to confirm payment of £700 to move incoming....DNO said it must have been jointed and screened over when underfloor heating (water) was installed as there would not of been 3 metres of slack to pull through...british gas...

It's done..DNO came...plate connecting earth to neutral was missing in the incoming head

I'm going to put a temporary TT in and call DNO & meter company see what happens..I'm thinking cable damage..Ze is coming back 550...managed to get 0.16 Zs when piggy back neutral & earth but that's with just the gas connection to earth once I put main earth in from incoming head it reads...

I'm going back tomorrow to investigate further before I make a decision on what to do..will take more pictures
