stuck now for a week, have done all the normal resets. It is actually exporting fine, but seems to be acting as though the battery is not there

Anyone advise on this issue. Isolator switch had failed...see the pic, looked like loose wire on install. Replaced isolator, inverter came back on line showing no faults....but generation is matched by usage, even with everything off in the house. Can anyone explain, is it new inverter...
