i know all about the "competant" person etc. but you can't sign off work without one of these schemes though can you?? you need to contact the building authorities and stuff.

hi guys have just been informed that my 2391 practical assessment is next week. anybody got any tips or things to look out for.what exactly is involved???has anybody taken it in the last few weeks? cheers.

our 2330 level 3 was quite good on the regs. we were dipping in and out of the big red book all the time. and i have to say when i did the short course i wasn't phased at any time thinking there was anything i hadn't seen before. maybe your tutor had a different method to mine.not saying i know...

well done mate.next step is 17th edition short course.the 2392 is basically inspecting and testing for domestic installs so this may be an option.although not sure if NICEIC and the like acknowledge it yet.otherwise to self test you will need 2391.then there's the part p to sort out.
