Assuming that the lounge was downstairs and so the sockets could be used to supply outdoor equipment then shouldn't they have been fitted with a RCD anyway, even under the 16th?

Can anyone let me know the names of any other agencies that cover temp and contracting work, preferably in the East Midlands. I only know of ATA, Hayes and Lane Global and would like the names of a few others to try aswell. Many thanks for any help recieved.
