    Battery Charger

    Has anyone ever had to install a Chloride Motive Power 21 Super battery charger. Its rated at 48 volt / 110 amps and is single phase. If so what type of CPD did you use? Their tech guy says its pulls 53.5 amps during use but needs an 80 amp D type MCB.

    Fan in an commercial unit roofspace

    Has anyone ever fitted fan into the roofspace of a commercial unit. They want some fan putting in as during the winter months, all the heat from the gas fired warm air blowers ends up sitting up in the roofspace. Anyone any suggestions on type and make for a job like this one.

    CPC of distribution circuit

    If installing a 85m SWA 40amp distribution circuit which will feed a single phase CU for 1 3KW water heater and 2 2kw hand driers and calcs have been done to say use 10mm then would the CPC be taken as a third core, the armour or a seperate CPC?

    Free Makita 12v Combi

    Makita 12 volt combi with 2 12v Ni Cd batts and charger. All works but the drill seems slightly slow to get up to speed. Batts are probablly well worn, but the charger is 100% and will charge Ni Cd and Ni Mh batteries. Free to someone who wants it. :coffee

    CU neutral and earth bars

    Anyone tell me if its possible to get rplacement that have larger terminals. Got some split boards and the ferrules on the nuetrals don't want to fit into the terminal on the nuetral bar. Thought about drilling the hole out to 7mm but seem at bit rough:Blushing

    Cable Rods.

    Just looking for a bit of advice on them really, before I go and buy a set. Are the Super Rod ones worth the extra cash over a set of the cheaper ones. If so, what makes them so much better?
