If you add a new ring final circuit I understand that you have to complete the electrical intsllation cert as it's a new circuit. If you also need to extend the existing lighting circuit would you also need to complete a minor electrical works?

Qualified as a spark in 1981, after serving apprenticeship at British Steel (now Corus/TATA Steel) Just completed and passed 17th Edition Regs and now enrolled for 2391. Spent a lot of time off the tools so keen to refresh my knowledge.
