Anyone know if I can stick a 110v Yellow plug on it and use it to run things like chargers and radios from?

yep, but I wouldnt pay that much for a piece of tat like that,

most radios and chargers will run on 110v anyway, they're not usually too fussy what goes in, after all, they Tx it down even further anyway.

or you could use an old 230 - 110v box, swap the plugs / sockets / windings around, and use it as a 110 - 230v transformer...

or, get yourself an old type 110v florrie, they werent really 110v at all mostly, they had a little inbuilt step-up. :)
It wasn't me who spent ages looking for a 110V 2D bulb for a site CFL......honest.......
