Hi

I have got my second assesment with Elecsa soon, and was wondering do they choose which job to inspect or do I take them to a job of my choice?

No you cannot expect to gain access to a property that you have been told to visit on that day.

What I do like many on this forum is to arrange with as many as you can who you know will be home or can allow you access.

Just show him all your certs and tell him you have managed to arange access to whatever properties you can and say pick two from them.

or you chose and take him.

Im with Elecsa, you choose the job to take them to, my problem was the within 15-20 minutes range, but he was ok about taking a bit longer.

As above I'm with ELECSA , you choose the job , he will usually get you to carry out one of the tests , and they have few questions aimed at seeing if you up to speed with the regs etc.

you choose job, but would be goo to have a few just incase someone cant make it last minute
