It was on my local radio station's "Travel Info" that there were delays on the M4 Today because there was a broken down TANK on it.

What the heck was a tan k doing on the M4 - it is illegal. It was probably on the back of a HGV Low loader - but they were trying to beef the story up.

Nethertheless, I still PMSL and that of M107. Bless.
