What the hell does it mean where it says ..... 23 highlighters  ....35  highlighters  in the middle of a page?

Have you the option of highlighting certain bits of text and done this by mistake?....possibly using a highlighter same colour as page so you cannot see it?

just wildly stabbing in the dark at clutched straws

OK  Thanks for that  I'll have a look later .    Its not actually highlighted but  a dotted underline  will appear against a few lines  and tiny text saying "highlighted " or something .
