assesment forms

hello AGAIN!!!

just a quick question on what forms to fill in.

I i decide to go with nic or elecsa, what minor works and Electrical Installation Certificates do i need to fill in for my assesment?

am i right in thinking i should use the iee form?

oh and where do i get them from?

You will get sent them will a load of other stuff in the pack they send you about the assesment process.

as long as they have the required info, then you can use any forms. even make your own. or many wholesalers will sell you a NCR pad of various forms.

the only problem with taking them from the internet is that you need to photocopy them for yr records

what i meant was once they have been completed

the link was to subneurals post. of course, you would have to photocopy them after.

or print them to ncr paper -i use this stuff for making all my receipts etc, ill eventually get round to printing EIC/MWC to it
