Peaky Blinders is'nt filmed in Brum ...there are no old areas left except  The Old Crown in Digbeth. 

 Hitler bombed the beejaybbers out of the city  & the council finished it off . 

There were actually gangs called Peaky Blinders though ,    my Nan used to say if I continued to play up the Peaky Blinders would get me. 

Razor blades in the peaks of their caps ........don't know if they explain that , I don't watch it .
