hello chaps.

i have a new blackberry as the las one broke and thought all contacts were on the sim, but alas, all have gone so now i need to import all of my contacts from outlook, does anyone know how to do this?

I have a Nokia and have Nokia suite on my PC so I can back up my contact do you not have a similar thing with your Blackberry?

Blackberry desktop manager is what you need, would have come on a cd with the phone or you can download here

You should be able to backup all old data & export to new phone If you can still turn the old phone on?

They are not stored on the Micro SD card? Just swap them over

if you already have all contacts in outlook, just set up a sync to the BB and all numbers will be copied to phone

andy i have tried, the files on outlook are not reconised
