BS 8436 GUARDIAN CABLE

Hi all,

I'm interested to see if anyone can assist/has experience in working with this cable (BS8436)?

I have questions like:
1. What is its main pro's - purely high shielding and mechanical properties. Would FP200 not suffice? Any cons??
2. Is it easy to work with, and terminate? Any special advice/techniques to be aware of?

Im considering this cable for a domestic rewire due the building construction..100 yr old character cottage with exposed oak beams etc

There is loads about this on the Web, so I won't waste my money I've.
However main difference between this is the screening on FP is purely for EMi and not earthing purposes
