help please this is the calc 1000/[1.732x400] = 1.44a this is a single phase load @ 400v ac and is rated @ 1kw i cannot get the answer to come to 1.44a how do i do this ??? :Blushing

1000/(1.732x400)=

1000/692.8 = 1.44341

if so...brackets are very important

if you put the numbers you have given into a scientific calc, it gets the correct answer straight away
