CCTV with non static IP

normal domestic with non fixed IP address wants remote viewing for their cams whats the best way to do this, was thinking just advising to get a fixed IP.

also suggestions on a router for this

+1 Dynamic DNS, I have done a few dozen CCTV systems and used DynamicDNS each time with no problems. They have been going for some years now, first time I used them was 2002 and last time was March!
