Hi,
I've wired up 6 downlighters in a landing and wanted your thoughts as to whether it needs to be rcd'd as all the wiring I've done has been above false ceiling and in loft. I think as I've worked on the circuit it will need to be rcd'd but was asking as I've done other work round there and it's got a split load With unprotected ways and one rcd with nearly everything on the rcd side and I'm running out of room so will have to go rcbo if you recon it definitley needs to be on rcd
thanks for any replies
