depends on cooker - can take 20 mins, can take over an hour by the time you remove loads of screws and careful take it apart then try and get it back together without a pile of spare parts

Try to download an exploded spare parts diagram, at least you won't waste time undoing the wrong parts, I would thought an hour about right but quote for two at 1h+ half hour rate of
