i have recently passed my AM2 to finally complete my apprenticeship and was just wondering if this allows me to write out any certificates or do i have to do the 2391 to do this??

Rob do you feel that you have the knowledge and confidence to sign certs off? if so then there is no issues.

you only need to be competent to issue any certs
