Guess what sort of day I have had..

loads of fiddley drilling, keep changing bits & sizes..

even though I had three drills on the go..

still had to change bits frequently... :|

(access, around through and past battons holding a false ceiling..

the sort you can't easily pop sections out of, exploritory holes here there & everywhere!!! )

Sorted it though:D

Just to add..

some may say the battery drill with a keyless chuck is the best.. ; \

But..

if your battery is fading.. cuz you have used it too much.. :(

or you forgot to charge it the previous day! :_|

when doing loads-a-holes....

it could be said that a mains drill with keyless chuck is the faster tool!!! :)

Hey guys,

I chose 'Other' so here's my favourite labour saving feature for a drill...SDS

SDS with masonary bit will drill anything but steel, probably get through that eventually but the ears will hurt. Bits are changed quickly (quicker than keyless) and you can get SDS augers to rip through the joists. With cordless SDS the second battery is normally charged before the 1 in use is flat.

barx is on the ball,

done a job couple of years ago, loadsa different size holes in galv trunking, praise the lord for SDS arbors.!!!

but the reason i voted other,,,,,

apprentices, we have all done it, and thats why we take on our own.....

So you are right.. :)

but so am I cuz its keyless.. :^O

and anyway..

I posted the poll.. :|

and if you don't like it .......

I have got 'The Dons' phone number!

and 'Biker Mike' has got plenty of hats for them poor pony'sB)

so there!! :p

{of course some may say this is rigged?

but I couldn't possibly comment!}
