What Part P scheme provider are you going with... (for your assessment)..

most of them have this stuff you can download from their website..

You just have to stick in your business name etc...

they also generally do risk assessment forms etc...

other than that just get an A4 ring binder label the front

"Complaints".

if you do then get any complaints.. file them in there.

(perhaps thats why NAPIT are cheaper...less helpful info? ] )

All I have is a book with complaints written on the book and fill that out if I get any complaints. I have entered a couple of bits in there where I have had a couple of parts I supplied fail (1 lamp and 1 RCD) - neither worked from new as soon as I fitted them but it looks like I use the book if there is atleast something in it!

mine consists of 1x A4 sheet with 'complaint' on top and a little table. its only ever seen at one time of the year
