I have replaced some old E27 CFL bulbs with LED bulbs.

One fitting only switches on with the old CFL bulbs, not LED bulbs.

Please help.

Check the spring contact that makes contact with the outer thread of an E27 lamp (with the power OFF obviously)

I find it's very common to have to tive this a little tweak to get a good contact to the thread.  It seems not all lamps have the same shaped end, so changing to a different lamp may not always work without a bit of "adjustment"

Check what voltage you have at the lighting point, I have had a problem similar to this where a customer replaced an existing working cfl fitting with a standard lamp with 3x40w candle bulbs that then wouldn't work, tested at light point revealed only 140v l-n 244v l-cpc @60 v n-cpc. So I assumed floating neutral not connected back to circuit, but enough potential to light an energy saving lamp, I say assumed because customer told me to forget finding the fault and that he could live with the old cfl! :(
