Not specifically but seems to have a following, there's a company called Extra Vegetables that has a number of S/w modules for it, including a Sonos add in that gives some access within the Control 4 interface even though Sonos don't provide any open access themselves

I have bought one of these Bitwise Controls : Products recently and have been playing around with it, seems to have a lot of potential, can do IR, Relay, RS-232, TCP/UDP and Java Scripting. Two way control is almost out, and Andriod device support is close

Looks intresting, it seems to be simalar to the stuff produced by Global Cache, but appears to have better IR code support and GUI tools. a few question on it 1) How much, 2) Where do you buy it 3) Is the software included in the price

3) Yes FOC and no device licence (which all other S/W vendors want to charge for) and only if you are trade e.g. a CI but based on what you do for a living a formality
