Hello ladies and gents,
Got a job to move a cooker point as part of a larger job. The kitchen is tiny, approx 6ft by 8ft. At present the cooker switch is on the wall immediatly by the side of the door on the same wall as the door which was directly above the cooker, but the cooker is now going directly opposite that. Customer doesn't want tiles etc removed as they are the original victorian ones and want everything surface mounted, so would I be ok to leave the cooker switch where it is or does it need to be moved? If it is moved the only place I could put it is on the wall opposite the door due to the tiles and getting the 300mm from cooker.
