Cutting swa

Just wondered if anyone uses an angle grinder to cut swa.

I only cut swa with a grinder. 630mm with a hacksaw lol stuff that.

Once followed the trail of blood up a factory where a contractor had been cutting SWA with an angle grinder when it grabbed and cut the artery in his wrist - feel the burn!

Do I cut SWA with an angle grinder? No!

I may try this, as I have just bought an 18V LI angle grinder, good tool too!

With the correct disk & appropriate PPE of course!

you got any recommendation for any decent ratchet cutters that will do SWA manator.?

most any that I have used soon go bad after a while of cutting the armour.

If you use them often this is one problem that I have found with them, the small pair I have are made by CK, I have a larger two hand pair and I can not remember who made them but could also be CK.
