I have never seen ine like that...the closest was the ones with the fuse wire on the outside of the porcelain body. Used to call them "Deathwish fuses"

I love to see this really ancient stuff  ( After all I probably installed it  (( Just getting in first))     Must be L + N fuses  and it looks likes a lid with a glass insert to see if a fuse has blown .
