Went to finish off a job, wiring a unit on a farm.

There are about 6 "industrial" units, about 4 office businesses, the farm itself (including the B&B).

Some of the industrial units are engineering/workshop type businesses so can draw a few amps ;)

Went to the main incomer and was suprised to see only a 100A 3ph - thought it would be a 200A at least.

They are planning more units running off the same supply.

All you can do is point this out to landlord and write it down on your certificate about possible overload of supply.
