EICRs can be a bit weird when you're not used to doing them..While you test the installation to the current regs you have to take account when it was installed, I'd it was installed to the standards at the time and if there's any deterioration.So, if you have a properly installed 3036 CU and the circuits are in good condition then it should receive a "satisfactory",,, however you can recommend (c3) anything that doesn't comply with the current regs.Watch out for a 2.5/1.0mm ring final on a 30A 3036,,,, it doesn't comply
