does anyone know of a supplier or even a site i can look at that provides traditional outdoor styke lighting that is also emergency lighting in event of power failure. thanks its for a grade 2a listed building

 
Don't forget with a remote battery the wiring between the battery & fitting must be sufficiently fire rated to give the required duration, e.g. 3 hrs!

 
Badge , I can only think of IP rated fluoro  bulkheads  with the emergency gear built in .

Or these days ....LEDS .

LED stuff advances in leaps and bounds ...hard to keep up with sometimes.
