Hi,

I've come across a fuseboard today called "Emma"

I believe it's a contactum but wondered if anyone knew what breakers fit if you've come across these boards before ?

Thanks

I think its a Contactum " Alternative brand name " I can only guess that they take the same breakers .

I wish makers wouldn't cloud the issues with this carp TBH, like Crabtree marketing identical stuff under the Volex name , I don't see the point.

lol was she tall, leggy and blonde :p

o wait we are referring to a c/u not a pretty young lady

lol noz, she may well be

i got a little dissapointed when i realised it wasnt a referral to a pretty young lady :(

iv just been doing a bit o research everytime i search for emma consumer units it always links back to contactum boards so i would tend to agree with others in respect that contactum breakers should fit the board in question... i would however perhaps obtain a contactum mcb 1st and try it out just to make sure, alternatively try mcbfinder.co.uk maybe they could help!

@canoe : its ok i didnt get to disheartened lol

cheers for confirming that Noz :D

i wasnt sure as id never heard of the brand 'Emma' before although i had heard of Contactum

I think EMMA is something like the electro & mechanical manufacturers association. Its like a buying group that wholesalers use but I could be totally wrong.
