Update:Shell have told me that they have “identified a fault with the meter power failure” within the charge point, and so the charge point would need to be replaced. It is out of warranty.I am concerned that the charge point is fine, and the issue is with the PME/PEN fault detection unit.Should I get an assessment from an electrician first to confirm there are no issues with the rest of the system before forking out for a new charge point?I can get the stylish Andersen EV unit with free installation if I’m upgrading my unit, but this free installation would only be possible I guess if there are no issues with the current installation, just the charge point.Cheers
