Exlposions in Exeter

Sorry guys couldnt think where else to put this, but thought you should know.

3 explosions were heard in the city of Exeter UK at around 12:50hrs today, the device/s went

off in the toilet of a restaurant that is a part of the new shopping centre development that opened earlier in the year.

One man was injured and arrested at the scene, it is believed that he was in the toilet.

What is the world coming to?
