That's the beauty of time travel, it obviously pre dates amd 3.

Plus since when has on the roof of a high rise been "domestic"?

Well yeah, it's an old 17th edition BG.

This would have be more fitting. (You don’t want to know what the inside looks like.)

I have always wondered why what is supposed to be one of the most advanced nations is still installing dist boards, which resemble, (and have the same amount of bare live metalwork inside) as the ones we stopped using 30 odd years ago....

.... Dorman smith loadmaster, Federal stab-lok etc (that one actually was amercian and it was ****)

They don't seem to have the concept of earth loop impedance over there either, but who cares, the federal breakers probably wouldn't trip anyway and at 110v to earth it probably wouldn't electrocute anyone, just burn the place down, and then they'll say an AFCI would have prevented it!

I installed eleven Federal boards in the late 80’s. Following a fire caused by a breaker not tripping, I took them out. Magnetic/hydraulic if I remember right, dangerous carp in most electricians eyes.
