Fir IT equipment use only?

Just spotted this on the back of a BG 2g 13A socket with USB

Now obviously the USB sockets are for IT equipment, so is that saying it is a substandard 13A socket not capable of any high power load ant only for small stuff like a computer?

Meaningless and useless being on the reverse side anyway.  - And I'll do what I like with my bit of USB power, including charging my torches!
