Hi Nozspark

If it's of any use I can email you a copy of a fire alarm design guide. It has all the definitions etc from 5839 in it. If you are interested just pm me your email address.

Fire alarms are graded in catagories>> L (life) or P (property) 1 to 5,

L1 being of the highest prority,(P5 the lowest) so will have more automatic detectors and call points.

I know I`m not noz, but if you wouldn`t mind, I`d like a copy of the guide. Did I also see another post where you mentioned an EM light guide? If so I wouldn`t mind a copy of that too, please.
