5 seater huge thing.

Just been out on the field and damn i WANT ONE!!!! !!! !!

apart from the fact that it was bitter cold doing 30mph up the field towards a huge hill that it just went strait up sideways! lol was sooooo much fun

Next time il take the camera and get a video :D coming up again this week to go out for another play lol

hahaha

I really do want one! but its justifying the money lol

was wuite bad when it tried to snow... snow hurts when blasting into ure face :(

I have the same problem. My buying part of the brain is quicker than the justifying part though!

Just a toy

Although it is a rescue craft, and can be used for stuff where needed. can carry up to 4 passengers, or goods.

Not that easy to get work with it though, so he just uses it as a toy at moment.

i hope he has paid his vehicle tax, and has MOT/insurance for it!

It is classed as a boat.

Has to be registered with the British hovercraft club and gets a registration number.

Also, with been a rescue craft, it is optional to register with the RNLI incase it is "needed with driver" for anything and that puts you on call with it.

This one is running on a BMW Bike engine (cant quote the engine but can find out of required)

Runs on Petrol. The current tank is a 35 - 40 litre tank

They are modified to what ever engine the person wants in them, they take some tweaking also to get the lift right with the forward motion. They use peugeot engines quite often.

We was on out field and we hit 38 knots (its measured in knots as classed as a boat)

Since ive known this guy ive got right interested in them, i know my engines any way quite well and helped work on this one with some bits.

It is an experience, the fields go a slope on it and you cant point the craft strait, it has to be pointed uphill slightly and you end up going sideways at stupid speeds!

Actual craft i was on

All i can say is... I WANT ONE lol

The noise is un real too, not the engine, but the blades when it starts up. I will get a video soon :)
