I have changed a flood with integral pir, but once light goes out it still faintly glows. Is this due to the way I’ve wired it.

Possibly?
Or it could be just a cheap poor quality low energy light fitting that is prone to interference from induced voltages?

Or it could be a decent quality fitting that is faulty..
and needs a free warranty replacement from your supplier...

Side Note Just In case:-
Is it less than 12months old? Do you still have the box & receipt?
If YES... put them on one side and keep safe until mater is resolved!!

Other than that its all a bit of guess work without more info..

e.g.
Make / brand / model of light fitting..
Photo's of your connections..
{ Photo's of your neighbours daughter sunbathing topless.. } oops! did i say that out loud or was it just a thought?

So for now.. all I will say is Happy New Year & Welcome to the forum..

The bar is third left, after turning right at the end of the first floor corridor! 🍻 🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻
( And as today is a bank holiday...
some answers given maybe incoholically affluenced..
But I know what I meant!? :unsure::cool:(y):p).
