John Terry is dropped as England Captain by the FA because of some alleged behaviour off field that the press have got all worked up about

So they appoint Rio Ferdinand as Captain who is currently serving a 4 match ban due to violent conduct on the pitch, huh!! :|

As an aside why do the press round on the team in the very year of the world cup?

Didn't he also get banned for not taking a drugs test

dont think he got banned, dont think he turned up to the trial, which says an awful lot, this really bugs me cause not only did terry get us to the finals as captain but he has proved since the media hype he can keep a cool head, and lets be honest they've give him a hard time for a while, missing that important penalty, then his dad dealing coke, his mother in law stealing etc etc, they really need to lay off not just him but the whole team. things would of worked a lot better for us if they backed him rather than slated him!
