Customer had lost all power to ground floor sockets, due to the 30a BS88 blowing as soon as the carrier was reinserted into the cu.

Their handyman couldnt sus what was wrong.

I get there start wandering around trying to track down the fault & find two charger leads joined over a 40-50 meter diatance, this was done so that a HGV could be charged.

would have been cheaper to move the wagon closer to the socket :^O

The HGV has a bank of batteries & inverter/charging system + onboard 230v lighting & sockets.

I had to break the plug & connector apart they were welded together. took the lot out of the circuit replaced the BS88 tested the ringmain all sorted, got home & sent the invoice.
