Gordon Brown visiting a Hospital

Gordon Brown is visiting a mental hospital and whilst doing a tour he ask's the head doctor a few questions.

Gordon Brown ask's: 'How do you decide, who you let out or keep in?'

Head Doctor replies: 'We fill a bath with water and offer the patients a teaspoon, teacup or a bucket and ask them to empty the bathtub.'

Gordon Brown say's: 'Oh! I see a normal person would choose a bucket because it's the biggest'

Head Doctor replies: 'No, a normal person would pull the plug out! Would you like the bed near the window?'
