Evening all,

Can anyone provide a link to a Health and Safety Policy suitable for my reassessment this week please. I'm sure I wasn't asked for one last year.

Thanks.

Thanks Andy,

You know what my next question will be don't you. :D

I don't remember being asked for that last year either but here goes.

Risk assessments anyone?

Sparky, your reply beet mine.

Funny thing is I can carry out risk assessments having completed the most excruciatingly boring course ever invented. I just don't want to start writing a long list of RA's if there is an easier way. Sounds lazy I know but there really is more to life than a full risk assessment. Which seems ironic!

I now what you mean Mr Depth (about there being more to life), I don't fully understand it myself, but just about to get into it for my first assessment. Elecsa sent me some bunf to look at. I could email it to you if my scanner was working.....

dont forget that high viz whilst inside. dont want to think of what could happen if a car comes crashing through the wall and cant see you to avoid you.

and that hard hat whilst outside in open area's with nothing above. bird **** could fall at any moment

No statutory requirement for RA's to be written down unless you have more than 5 employees.

NIC do require H&S policy you can log in & download a sample from their website.
