I am trying to return to something electrical after being a full time carer since 1999. The new qualifications are confusing me. When I last worked full time in the 80/90s bosses were more interested in experience, now it seems all they want is a certain qualification . I did 2381 in my spare time 2 years ago with a group of plumbers and kitchen fitters who all worried me terribly with their knowlege or lack of. They passed of course, one of them could not speak any english.
