Help: unable to remove dish cable from sky box

Hi - I am just unable to take out the wiring from the sky box. In particular the dish input wires are not coming out. Need to take it out and eventually put them back in (long story - changing position of sky box to put inside my shelf). 

Please help!

The F plug used to make the dish connections just unscrews. If it has been done up a bit tight you might need to get a spanner or pair of pliers on it.

Thanks a lot. It worked. It was indeed tighter than I had expected so I used pliers
