hi guys new here- Advice needed

hey guys my name is damian im new here i ave joined this site as i am really in need of some advice. so here goes, i finish my level 3 2330 in june i have recently found out that this will not be much good soon my plan was to try and find employement after i finish the course and do my nvq3 i am now told that the nvq3 willbe changing also so unless i secure myself a place before 31st of march i will have to sit update courses before a can do this. so really i am wanting to find out my options i mean is the nvq3 that important? can i get a job without it? or should i book onto it and get it done? please bear in mind it will cost me about
