i think ive found where r.b & co have been, they have been doing a report on the houses of parliament, and scaring their customer into urgent work that will cost billions....

Asked what the risks were if comprehensive repairs were not undertaken by 2030, he replied "they would start" with circuits and cables fraying.

Electrical cables have a life, 15 to 20 years. You have a number of hidden cables. You don't know the state they are in. The worst consequence is a fire and the catastrophic effect of that, given the amount of wood and finishes in this building

guess they must have plastic CU's installed. on the plus side...

... parliamentary estate was rife with asbestos, experts told a committee examining restoration options

so the fire shouldnt be too bad...

But there is also the more destructive nature. If you were to lose your power in the middle of a debate or you lost your lighting, the consequences of that

destructive?! erm... they would have to sit in the dark for a bit whilst someone runs to the meter to put 50p in it. not exactly a destructive or life threatening situation, is it?!

shame the only person to enter the place with honest intentions got caught...
