The paint job has been done to avoid cross contamination on to the cleats. Although I see the painter was on an early one today as he didn’t get to finish the brickwork.

Is an expansion loop
Its a fault loop actually incase the armies terminations become loose in the connection area and need to be terminated instead of pulling a new cable back in :slap
It would have been easier to get a spade and bury the excess.

Looks like they forgot to get the kinks out toward the end. And possibly missed the pipe that was supposed take it underground.
No doubt It works okay but looks rough as.

That looks to be at the posh end of the town. The pikeys would have had it away already if it was at the rough end of town.

It is going to be a main earth connection to a buried rod, they have painted on the green bits and they will do the yellow bits tomorrow to meet the required 70/30 ratio.
