How to reduce photo resolution to upload

What is the easiest way to reduce the resolution of photo's etc so they can be uploaded on here as a lot of mine are between 5 & 9 megapixels.

That all depends on where you upload them to.

I use flickr and it's really easy..

After uploading the pic, you click on the image in your photostream, then click on "All sizes" above the picture, then click on "medium" or "small" or whatever size you want, then below the picture is a link for that picture at the size you have chosen

You can use Microsoft Office Picture Manager under

Start>Microsoft Office>Office tools> Microsoft Office Picture Manager

Uploading to photobucket or flicker is quicker!
