insulation testing on cooker main switch with socket built in plus an outlet

Is this test done with both with both the main cooker switch on and the cooker socket switch on then you test all of the circuit as a whole at the fuseboard dont you?tb Ryan

 
Its just ive got an exam coming up 2392 suppose I better test the cooker circuit as a whole you no what there like!I will leave cooker switches on then they cant say a dint do a test between cooker switch and cooker outlet for insulation resistance?tb ryan

 
if u are going to leave the cooker switch on, remember to disconnect the cooker to prevent damage and faulse readings.
