Hi guys,in your opinion would you bond an iron bathtub if there is a 17th edition board in the property?

Its got nothing to do with the board ( apart from possible rcd protection). As sidewinder said /\

Well it depends which wiring regulation you are working too if its the 16th it would need bonding but as its a 17th edition board with full RCD protection in the bathroom and as others have said if the main earths are ok then no need to bond.
